Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

United States: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Core Supply is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at coresupplysupport@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order and determine the best resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
